No wakeup call. Alarm clock not working. Bed sheets has bad smell.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the breakfast. Both Japanese and western style are available. Also like the coin laundry through which I could wash/dry some clothes.

This is my second stay in this hotel because of the location and shops around is really good and convenience. Super good locations to travel around in Tokyo. Look forward to next visit.

This hotel is located directly behind the Bulgari Hotel and has excellent access to Tokyo Station and a short walk to Ginza. A Room was small, but here is in Tokyo. And room rates are good.It has a large public bath and if you like baths you will love this hotel:)

It's close to Tokyo Station and equipped with a hot sping! What more can a tired traveler want.
To be honest, I was a little disappointed because the public bath was very small therefore CROWDED. Proximity of shower area and pool was too close for comfort.
But the room are TINY. A double room is actually for 1 person.
You can tell the facilities are a little aged, however, they really keep the rooms in TIP TOP CLEANLINESS!!
However, it would be nicer if they provide complimentary bottles water in the rom for the guests.
As for service, the Staffs are polite.

Just stayed for 1 night to transit to nagano. Very convenient location, just a few mins walk to Tokyo station. Room is tiny , like Tokyo size . Having onsen is a plus .
